The Asterisk Portal is created during my work on the implementation of setup a Asterisk PBX at home. This page offer some information about me.

After my study of information technology and telecommunication at the Friedrich-List-University of Transport and Communications Dresden I stayed in this lovly town. I work for a consulting company in planning and optimization of telecommunication networks and write the necessary software.

During the study I began to programme with C and C++. When Java was published, I learnt this new language in my leisure time, as I had always looked for object orientated and platform independent programming.

I spend the largest part of my leisure time with my daughter Nina and my wife Jana. She supported me a lot during the creation of this homepage. If I have some time off, I like to ride on my bicycle and walk through the mountains.
